Examples of Classic Games

I can think of so many games that I would consider classic, so I will dedicate the majority of the posts on this blog to going over the classics. First I'll start with Dig Dug. I remember playing that in kindergarten on some kind of very basic computer, before Windows 95 even. It might have been a Mac. Anyways, I dominated in that game, and it is definitely one of my most favorite classics.

In a recent summer, my friends and I would go over to this kid's house to play pool and play this small video game thing that had five classic games on it. To my delight, one of them was Dig Dug. We played that and other games until the system broke, literally. By then it had gotten old though, mainly because my friend somehow got to level F5 or something on Dig Dug and broke over 800,000 points. To give you an idea of how much that was, the highest level I'd gotten to (as I had been the best before this) was around 70, and the letters started at after 100. So considering he got to F5, that's like level 165, and he beat my high score by over 500,000 (as I had 300,000).
